Q: Is eBroker House a web based system or a software for my computer only?
- A: eBroker House is web based, meaning you can access your online office and manage your
business anywhere you have an Internet connection.
Q: Can I Manage my business from my mobile phone?
- A: Yes, eBroker House is fully compatible with any mobile device that has Internet Access.
This allows you to manage your business on the go from anywhere at any time.
Q: Is there any extra software to purchase?
- A: No, you will not need to buy any software to use our online office.
Q: Is there a limit for how many listings I can manage?
- A: No, you will be able to manage unlimited listings for one flat low monthly rate. We do not
penalize agents for production.
Q: How many admin accounts or users can I have?
- A: You can have an unlimited number of user/admin accounts.
Q: Can I create custom access for my employees?
- A: Yes. You can limit the access of sub users on your account very easily. You control what
features or information they have access to.
Q: Is the online office for REO properties only?
- A: No. The eBroker House online office is for any real estate professional that is looking
for the ultimate system to manage and streamline their business and their team if need be. Our system can
save you time and money and allow you to be at your office virtually, no matter where you are physically.
Agents can eliminate the need for physical office space, file cabinets, and multiple systems to manage their business. You can now have everything you need to manage, market and learn, all under one eBroker House!
Q: Will my closed and expired listings be archived?
- A: Yes. All of your non active listings will be archived and you will be able to access them when
ever you need to.
Q: Why is eBroker House so much cheaper than your competition?
- A: We are not here to make as much money as possible in a short period of time while the market is
suffering. We are here to provide a cutting edge, technology driven system that will provide the tools necessary
for ALL agents to be successful long term.
Q: How many documents can I store?
- A: eBroker House allows you to store an unlimited amount of documents.
Q: Is there a live support staff to assist me when needed?
- A: Yes. We have a sales department to answer all of your questions before you become a member and help
you decide if eBroker House is right for you. Once you are a member and you have any questions regarding using the
online office you can call or email our support staff.
Q: How secure is my account information?
- A: eBrokerHouse is protected by Thawte SSL with 128-bit encryption, so that all of your personal information
is submitted safely and securely. All of your document uploads are also secured in a private folder which is created for
each individual account, where they cannot be accessed except from within your own account. Passwords are also encrypted,
to help ensure the safety of your account.
Q: How secure is my credit card information?
- A: All purchases and recurring payments are done through Authorize.net's PCI Data Security compliant portal.
Authorize.net is one of the leading providers of electronic payment processing and is well known for their security.
We do not store any of your sensitive credit card information on our server.
Q: If my computer crashes is my info lost?
- A: No. All the information you enter or upload into your online office is hosted online on the secure
ebroker House site and on our secure servers and is not affected by any issues with your personal computer.
Q: How reliable is your server?
- A: We have a dedicated server with Rackspace, the world's leader in hosting. Their guaranteed
Zero-Downtime Network, triple-strength security, and multiple redundant backup structure will keep your information
safe and available at all times.
Q: How do I change the credit card information I'm using for my automatic monthly payments?
- A: You can easily change your credit card info by clicking on the "View/Edit Billing Info" button
at the bottom of your eBrokerHouse account home page. You will also see links there for viewing your billing history
and editing your billing profile address, name, etc.
Q: What happens if my credit card payment fails?
- A: You will receive an alert email from us, letting you know it has failed, and with instructions on
what to do to make sure payment is received. You will have 10 days to re-enter or update your credit card information
in your eBrokerHouse account (as described in the previous question/answer). Doing so, will cause the charge to be
resubmitted. If you do not do this within the 10 day period, your account will be permanently deleted.
Q: Is there a way to cancel my eBrokerHouse account?
- A: If you wish to cancel your account, please email support@ebrokerhouse.com with your request.
You will need to give us at least 3 days notice, prior to your next billing, to avoid being billed for the next month.
